Entering therapy is a meaningful commitment — one that calls for trust, honesty, and a sense of safety in the relationship. Choosing someone you feel comfortable with is an essential part of the process. To this end, I offer an initial phone call, free of charge, as a space to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to psychotherapy or counselling, and get a sense of whether working together might be right for you.

If we choose to begin, our first session will act as a consultation — a chance for us both to reflect on whether it feels like a good fit. From there, I usually suggest starting with a minimum of six weekly sessions, after which we can review and decide whether to continue into more open-ended work. I will also ask you to sign an agreement outlining our shared commitment to the therapeutic process.

I work with people both short- and long-term, depending on what feels most supportive. Sessions are held weekly, at the same time each week, and last 60 minutes (other than our first meeting, which lasts 90 minutes). I offer sessions either in person from my home practice in North London, or online.

The fee is £90 per session.

I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for students or those on a lower income — please feel free to ask about availability.

I follow the UKCP ethical framework and am fully insured and professionally registered. I’m a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), The Institute of Psychosynthesis, EFT International, and The Guild of Energists.

Whatever brings you to therapy — whether you’re facing a specific challenge, exploring deeper patterns, or longing for greater clarity and connection — psychotherapy offers a space to understand yourself more deeply and to move toward greater freedom and wholeness.

Every person’s therapeutic journey is different, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are. Sessions offer a confidential, supportive space where you can speak freely and be met with warmth and respect.

We begin by getting to know what brings you here — not just in terms of problems, but also what you hope for. There’s no rush, no expectation to be any particular way. Over time, our work may gently open into deeper layers — emotions, memories, beliefs, or longings ready to be seen and understood.

Whether you come with a clear focus or a general sense of unease, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and discover new possibilities.

If something here resonates, you’re warmly invited to get in touch. Our first few sessions will give us both a sense of whether we feel right to work together
